“Online Course” refers to the Flying With Confidence Online Course created by Aviatours Fly Without Fear Limited and made available for viewing via a Computer, Tablet, mobile phone or other such similar, internet enabled and compatible device.

“Partners” refers to any person or company in addition to Aviatours involved in the provision of or facilitation of your access to the Online Course.

Pricing
The price of the Online Course shall be the price set at the time we accept your order. All prices set are inclusive of U.K VAT at the prevailing rate.

Access
You are able to access the Online Course and any content made available by Aviatours or its Partners by registering on our Website. By registering for a free account you become a Registered User and accept our Privacy Policy for Registered Users.

Aviatours or it’s Partners may make certain content available for free to Registered Users, access to this or all content may be revoked at any time at the discretion of Aviatours or its Partners.

Refunds
Purchases for the Online Course cannot be refunded after purchase under any circumstances.

Copyright
The content of the Online Course is copyright protected and remains the property of Aviators and its Partners. You may not access, download, copy, publish or print any element of the Online Course for any reason other than for personal use without the express written permission of Aviatours and its Partners.

Your IP address is recorded and connected to your login details in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In addition to the restrictions identified in clause , you must not share your login information with any other party.

If Our system detects breach of this clause We reserve the right to suspend your account without notice or penalty.

Assignment
Aviatours and its Partners shall be entitled to assign any of our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions provided that your rights are not adversely affected.

Severability
